Book Review of Fifty Shades of Grey (Fifty Shades, Bk 1)

Fifty Shades of Grey (Fifty Shades, Bk 1)
reviewed on

My reading passion began when I was old enough for the Dick and Jane series and such began my interest in relationships between the sexes. Plus I usually use my public library to reserve the NY Times Best Sellers, so reading Fifty Shades of Grey was a must because everyone seemed to be talking about it...... Because the trilogy was so popular the last, Book 3 was available weeks before Book 1, so I knew the married life of the couple before I knew what prompted their initial introduction. Frankly that is how I would advise readers to read the trilogy. It is a series of books outlining a "modern" couples intimate life and the metamorphis of this particular male's sexual development. Frankly I have read racier novels, for example Delta of Venus, which are much more graphic..... this trilogy need to be read as such and not taken entirely as a complete story in Book 1.
