This is a wonderful book for toddlers to get them ready to go to bed, or just at naptime. There are 9 colorful, glittery butterflies that find a place to sleep at night, each in their own colored world. The illustrations are absolutely gorgeous, all the flowers, insects and animals seeming to take on a life of their own. My daughter loved that each butterfly disappears as you turn the page, until there are none, and likes to find each one sleeping on the next to last page, where they seem to be hidden among flowers, leaves and grasses.
Highly recommended for anytime reading, as I use it not just to get DD a little more ready for bed at night, but to teach her to search out items and identify insects and flowers.
