Although written for a younger audience, I'm an adult who thoroughly enjoys the Star Wars books aimed at the younger reader. The plots are good, the stories well paced, and the author is not writing 'down' just because it is a young reader's book. This one is no exception as we learn of some of the adventures of 13-year-old Obi-Wan Kenobi and his Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn. I wish they'd had these sort of books when I was 13-year-old and eagerly awaiting the first showing of Empire Strikes Back! Definitely one for the Star Wars fan of any age.
