The left side of each double page spread has a paragraph of thoughts and ideas such as a person might think, with their fears or emotions stated. The right side of that page shows a Bible verse or a Psalm that addressed that thought and helps soothe that emotion.

This is NOT a regular long nonfiction chapter type book or a memoir or a collection of essays.
