Takes place in the UK: A twentysomething actress inherits a house along with the wacky tenants. In order to keep the house, the will states that she must not evict them...they have to leave of their own accord.
So, while pursuing her acting career, she has to deal with the problems of being a homeowner, being a landlady, dealing with her family & friends' antics & crises' & her own love life.
Kept me entertained and chuckling throughout. Enough to keep me picking up the book to find out what will happen next instead of doing other things I needed to get done or sleeping.
