This is a charming story revolving around a precocious little boy named Eli who has lost both parents, but is much loved by two adults who are quite opposites, and have experienced a lot of loss of their own. It gets interesting when they begin to see each other in a new light. Eli is a sweetie, and the setting of a bed and breakfast for a home, complete with horses, sounded lovely. Wish it could have been a bit longer. An enjoyable read!
