My mom used this recipe book with me when I was little and had allergy issues. I absolutely LOVED the seseame crackers, so much so that I decided to hunt down this recipe book to use with the boys that I nanny for. So far the recipes I have tried have been hit and miss, but it's definitely worth a shot! There is a great variety of dishes, which is great, and some of the are very good. The one part of the book that I find particularly irrelevant now, due to the book being older, is the selection of alternative store bought snacks. This could really benefit from an update.
