I really liked this devotional book. It was uplifting, refreshing and different. Each page has a scriptureabout the subject, a thoughtful devotional about an area of our life where we could reduce stress and or an overlooked area we take for granted and could enjoy more. Each page also mentions simple pleasures we over look and a wisdom quote. A very nice book.
