What an amazing, moving, scary, heart-warming, sad, sorrowful, interesting book. Really no words can even describe these beautiful and ugly real diaries of the children of the Holocaust and some soldiers and some Londoners, all children. No one is over the age of 18. There is even a short diary of an unknown girl and her brother, both 12 years of age. You will see WW2 from many sides and hear it from children from all over Europe. Ive cried, laughed, been angry and had unanswered questions answered through this book of diaries. This is a must read for people of all ages, all nations, all races, for the world to take in and in all, make sure that this can NEVER happen again. Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it and with technology the way it is now it would be disastrous for human kind.
