Anna Jameson was only three when her five year old sister Julie, was murdered-while her family slept through a tempestuous hurricane, in a season dubbed the "summer of storms." For thirty years now Anna has been haunted by mental pictures of that night-crude composits, which remain grainy & indistinct. But now, as a photojournalist, Anna has returned to New York City, the scene of the horrendous unsolved crime. What she exposes will be far worse that what she remembers. Sometimes killers return.

Good read, fast.
