I referred to this book while I was breastfeeding my newborns. I was anxious with the first one and appreciated having the reference material on hand. When I went back to work I pumped for a while and again liked some of the information. Twice I got clogged ducts, which are very painful, and was glad for some immediate information on how to address that problem. So I felt it was a handy book to have around.
