Her fantasies roared into high gear when Rio Agostini opened a motorcycle shop beside Sophie Larson's fashion boutique. Sophie knew her business was doomed. It was hard enough attracting customers to Vancouver's rundown waterfront district without the added disadvantage of noise, fumes and gangs of leather-clad men right next door.

This was a decent story except that the author portrayed Rio like a "tough" guy. I could only picture him in a T-shirt with cigarettes rolled in his sleeve and he spoke like a street thug throughout the book. Sophie, on the other hand, was supposedly sophisticated. Even though Rio was a gentleman and did nice things for her, it just didn't seem that they had any common ground. The book was still a nice way to pass a few hours.
