Without reading the captions it is difficult to make out even what suite one is looking at. I guess the creator was hoping that the person using the cards would be too distracted by the pictures to care about an accurate tarot reading.
And only a man would find this deck erotic. With the exception of The Devil I do not recall any other cards depicting men, and the illustrations would be considered more lewd than erotic.
