I was kind of disappointed by this book. It was heavy on the spiritual retreats such as crystals, Native American ways, centering, etc. I was looking for something that had workshops for writing, professional development, etc. Lots of information for weight and detoxification retreats. The prices in the book are low. Around $1,500 for an all-inclusive week. I'm sure they've gone up with "fuel charges" and miscellaneous surcharges.
