Hmm To Cut the clutter:
Ex 1 Buy fewer towels and wash them more often...Yeah, Ive got time to purposely increase the number of loads of laundry I have to do every week.

Ex 2 Instead of putting the tv, cd player, vcr/dvd player and video game console in the family room, only have one or 2 of these machines in the family room at a time and put the rest in the attic or garage..What? So im supposed to drag my dvd player out of the attic and spend 1/2 hr hooking it up every time I want to watch a movie? Or lug the video game console out from the garage everytime my son wants to play one?

Ex 3 Store the newspaper in the recycle bin, not the one from last week, the one that just came. ??Seriously?? So now when I want to sit down and read the paper (or magazine or classifieds) after a hard day at work, now I have to dig thru a recycle bin to get to it?

Needless to say, I didnt bother with the rest of the book. Im looking to make my life easier, not exponentially harder. These people are insane.
