I had a difficult time getting into this book and I think part of it was due to the stylistic choices made by the author. I wanted to enjoy the characters since I do think there was a definite story to be told, but the choppy flow made it very difficult for me to read more than a few pages at a time. I think that with the help of a good editor the book could be polished up.
