If you have yet to read a Barbara Delinsky novel, you don't know what you are missing! Her books are all intrigueing. She knows how to intermingle several stories about complex relationships and she knows how to keep her reader with her right to the end. I really feel I am right there when I read any of her books. She's just great at writing about strong women characters. "Laura Frye has everything a woman could ask for. She and her husband Jeff, a CPA, have been happily married for twenty years. Her two teenage kids are teriffic. And her catering business is a success. But then Jeff mysteriously disappears, and the picture perfect life is shattered. Laura insists that the Jeff she knows
would never leave on his own. But as the days go by, she learns there was much more to her husband than she had ever suspected. Laura painfully learns the truth about the man she thought she knew.
