Had great expectations, but the book fell short. Author identified psychological issues but never really gave any concrete suggestions to work on the issues identified. Frequently quoted other psychologists instead of using his own experience. Referenced "successful" traders overcoming barriers, again, no suggestions or exercises to work on. Interesting stuff for casual reading, nothing for achieving results.
