Trudeau is looney-tunes, which is too bad because because some of the nutritional information is actually helpful, if simplistic (eat organic, whole foods). He brags that he has had no "higher education" but it is not a positive attribute for him--a little bit of physics or organic chemistry might have gone a long way toward toning down his over-the-top ideas (like, you need an "electromagnetic chaos eliminator" hanging around your neck). This guys is one small step away from tin-foil hat territory.

That being said, at least three-quarters of this book is a paranoid rant against the FDA and FTC. We all know there is corruption in these agencies; we don't need 300+ pages of repetitious ranting. The rest of the book is an ad for his (fee-based) website, which he says he must resort to in order to give specific information about "cures" so that the FTC won't prosecute him. The whole book reads like a late-night infomercial.

Don't bother with this one. If you do bother, start with Chapter 6, which is the only chapter in the whole book with specific health recommendations.
