She's pregnant and she has to tell him. Deborah Solomon is deeply in love with Ted Taylor, and he gave her every reason to believe he loved her, too. But he broke off their engagement for reasons she doesn't understand, reasons he won't explain. Now, hard as it is on her pride and her heart, she has to see him again. She has to tell him she's pregnant with his son. And then what? Good book.
