I read "Life After Life" first and was introduced to the idea of NDEs and out of body experiences. Raymond Moody impresses me as not only a very open-minded, Western-trained scientist but eventually someone whose perspective gradually changed about the meaning of death and the possibility of some type of existence beyond the body.
In "Light Beyond," Dr. Moody continues his exploration of NDEs, specifically in children who are considered better candidates for scientific inquiry since they have not been long exposed to religious inculturation. Fascinating book.
