The brat twins identical Ruby and Rose's mom dies and their dad takes off leaving their Uncle William with them.He moves from Denver to Texas.The neighbors hate these twins because they cry all night so loud that they keep all the street awake. They scream SHU-WE because their diapers stink so bad. No one answers when their Uncle post sign for a paper sitter.These 2 brats have never been told no so no wonder that the town can't stand them. Can Uncle find anyone who will babysit these two and help him to train them to behave?
