The flash of diamonds blinded them to love. High finance, high adventure, and erotic love scenes. This is the story of a young girl who, abused by her preacher back home, heads for the big city and all that glitters. She is a tough cookie who learns very quickly how to get her way. The characters are likeable, the story is similar to Lace, and the plot and pacing works well.
