It's a basic sewing book for older kids (depending on the kid, 8 up to 14. Includes basic info on hand sewing and machine use. Includes projects made from fleece (really friendly fabric), an old t-shirt, embellishing pants, old jeans converted to a skirt, as well as easy pillows, a beach wrap, tote, pull-string bag, and more advanced projects like a make-up bag with a zipper, making your own PJ pants pattern from existing pants, and machine applique.
