The 2nd book in the series of 3 - still such a shocking story that defies reality. I will never be able to get over the fact that his own biological mother did these horrific things to a child! He's through one foster home to another and we follow his trials and tribulations as he discovers how to live and be a child as well as growing into a man. Very quick read - very well written.
