Victoria Laurie never fails to impress me with her writing! I cannot believe I allowed this little gem of a book to sit on my TBR for so long. The story was so engaging, I devoured it in only 2 sittings!
Abby is a psychic intuative who has a nifty little gig going with her best friend Theresa. (who communicates with the dead) When Theresa moves away, Abby goes on a blind date with Dutch (whom she met online) and quickly learns he is a police detective.
When one of Abby's clients turns up dead, she uses her abilities to help Dutch uncover the truth about her murder.
This was a well thought out story that comes full circle at the end. No un-answered questions with this one. The plot moves quickly, and there are no dull moments. Theres no sex an no cursing that i can remember. Its the perfect little cozy. :)
What a great book, especially if you are interested in paranormal things like psychics. If you are considering ordering this book, DO IT!
