This is one of James Van Praagh's books that I'll probably read over again. It seemed to me that his writing was so much more sensitive and eloquent, and well-written. Besides discussing his personal experience with spirit, he also included a section on the energies of living beings, that each one of us has, called kundalini and auras, and how we can strenthen and cultivate those energies to sensitize them to different energetic frequencies in the environment. I feel that I learned a lot from this book, it's a great read and quite thought-provoking.
