Eliza had a successful freshman year at Parsons and is now opening her own store in the Hamptons. It's hard for her to juggle publicizing her store and her relationship with Jeremy, however, both of which are moving forward at lightning speed, but only one of which she is certain about for now.
Jacqui finished up her fifth year of high school and is excited to finally attend her dream school, NYU. She falls under the charm of two Australian photographer brothers who try to convince her to try out modeling, something she's always hated. And Mara suffers what appears to be a setback when her plans to travel Europe as a journalist with her boyfriend David fall to pieces when her passport expires. Stuck with what she believes will be a crappy summer, she agrees to act as au pair for Eliza's stepmom's five children, along with Jacqui.
