When Mike Daley got Leon Walker acquitted of a murder charge years before, it incurred the wrath of the entire SF Police Dept. and they never forgave Mike for it. Now, Leon is calling on him and his beautiful law partner (and ex-wife) Rosie Fernandez to help him after he has been charged with another murder. This time, Leon is found with undeniable evidence on him, but Mike agrees to take his case anyway after finding out that Leon is dying of cancer.
