Meat dishes described are very exotic--this is a gourmet cookbook.
I do not serve 'grilled monkfish with sherry, raisins, and grilled asparagus'; 'grilled lamb and potato skewers with tomato-green olive relish'; or 'grilled sweetbreads with herb-garlic crumbs' at my gatherings. If you do; or would like to, this book is the perfect complement for your cookbooks.
