Book Review of Your Body's Many Cries for Water: You Are Not Sick, You Are Thirsty: Don't Treat Thirst With Medications

Excellent book - many will discount it, simply because it is too easy to do and requires one to at least partially take responsibility for their own state of health.
I could not find anywhere in the book where the Doctor told anyone, let alone a schizophrenic to stop taking their medication and go drink a glass of water. I am a manic-depressive and I have implemented drinking water (something I formerly refused to do) daily - especially as soon as I get up in the morning. have I discontinued my medication and been miraculously cured?? - No on both counts. This does in no way invalidate the Doctor's claims. I have received many good side effects to my health and now that I am getting the amount of water daily that my body demands, (You will notice its demands for water after implementing this procedure) I have seen many beneficial effects (with no other changes in my lifestyle) from weight loss, more energy, softer glowing skin, no colds, lower cholesterol etc etc - and I was in good health to start with. i can only assume someone in poor health would observe even greater benefits.
I urge skeptics to actually read the book with an open questioning mind before passing erroneous judgement on it.
