The second book in the series about the "bad boy" who comes home and finds his teenage love is the local police chief. Only about a billion other books with same theme...and it gets worse. A mumble jumble of cliche. Neither believe the two main characters even like each other, much less love each other. Which is OK, since I didn't like either of them myself. I will skip the 3rd book in the series.
