Pretty, unique, fun. Hardback book with inside spiral for flat opening. In 3 separate parts: Salads, Entrees, Vegetables & Starches. These 3 parts open separately so that you can open a salad at the top of the book, in the middle find an entree and open to it, and at the bottom find a vegetable and open to it - having all 3 recipes open at the same time. This makes it fun to fiddle with and useful to work with. Tasty recipes with some international ones included.
