There is not a Jayne Ann Krentz (Amanda Quick, Jayne Castle, Stephanie James, or Jayne Bentley) book I have not enjoyed. I have read everyone of her books with joy and hope to read her "McFadden" series again, but unfortunately they are ALL out of circuit or being price gorged by the commericalist. So to keep your juices going since the book is still unavailable, a brief synopsis of the book:
Everything was settled. Or so Anne Grenville thought. Ryder Marshall seemed quite pleased to inherit her grandfather's ranch. To do so, he had to marry one of the Grenville sisters, and the beautiful Laura was more than willing. But after a brief taste of country life, Laura headed back to Los Angeles, turning Anne's world upside down. How could she marry Ryder, knowing he loved her glamorous sister? Even if she did, what would happen in six months, Anne wondered, when she would be forced to leave the only man she would ever love?
