This book was so funny. And so much of what it says is so true. From the back cover: "44 life lessons to save you years of time effort and humiliation. Guaranteed to perk up even the m ost cynical spirit. How to Be Happy, Cammit is the first and only self-help book that merges Psychology, Biology, Eastern Philosophy, Western Philosophy, Quantum Physics, and the Zen of Bazooka Joe. Peek within its colorful, uniquely designed pages, and you really will find pearls of wisdom to help you discover more satisfaction every day. And you'll find no sugary sweetness here. This book tells it like it is, exploring the ups and downs of life in a straightforward, though-provoking, and humerous way. This is a book for people who don't buy self help books. It might change your life (if you let it), but no matter what, it will certainly brighten your day, even if you are a diehard cynic." I am in my 7th decade and I can validate the truths in this little book expressed so saliently and understandably. Wish I'd come across it 30 yrs ago. Would have saved me much angst.
