Hissy Fit. Something every person knows a little something about. And Mary Kay Andrews portrays them beautifully in her book.

Of course, at the beginning you can feel that the main focus is on the awkward, employer/employee, man/woman, hate/love, and frustrating relationship between Keeley and Will. Of course, one suspects that in the end they are the couple. Well, not the only couple... you'll see.

Also, Andrews builds up the importance of Keeley's relationship with her Mama, and having some closure after all the years of not knowing what happened.

It is a neatly pulled-together novel that uncovers betrayal, loss, and in the end, love- all while still managing to tickle your funny bone. I especially enjoyed the real-life emotions that Andrews makes the reader feel. Even the embarrassing, hide-under-the-table moments, that are humiliating to the character but are funny from an outsider's point of view.

This light, entertaining piece, is sure to make you giggle, gasp, and even make you goose-pimply-- at all the right moments. :) Enjoy!
