This book is thorough in it's discussion of diseases that parakeets might catch. It is for the serious parakeet owner, older reader, such as the parent. Published in England, the book covers Health problems, breeding troubles, feather health, general health and problem solving techniques. There are several drawings, and is written in an easy to understand text. I recommend this for anyone who purchases a new bird as an accompanying addition to the parakeet library.
