This is a wonderful story about a boy from a fishing family in Hong Kong. It is a wonderful edition to any schools (or families) Multi-cultural book collection. NCSS-CBC Notable Children's Trade Book in the field of social Studies.

This book is best for the pre K-2 grade age group. I is about late first grade early 2nd independant reading level.
