A tale of extraterrestrial intervention and love across time and space. "Your time is coming to an end. And the experiment we began over 50 million years ago. We saw it coming centuries ago but we couldn't stop it. Humans were bound and determined to destroy themselves. Thee just wasn't anything we could do. We tried to help, but, well..It has been almost a century since those times, the time of the (Global) Warming as it's called now. No one really knows how many humans are left alive. The humans have lost count, but not hope. I'm Haint and I'll lead you through this time, when humans look to us to give them meaning, direction and hope. I wish we had some left to give."

For dog lovers (especially Weimeraners) and those who enjoy apocalyptic science fiction. Sad but interesting and well-written.
