The "Confessions and Lifelong Observations of a Well-Adjusted House Cat," states the byline and neatly sums up the premise. Written like a diary, the viewpoint feline records the amusing and melancholy things he sees going on around him. A funny, light, endearing little novel, suitable for all ages. Cat lovers are pretty much guaranteed to love it. Adults might also be interested in "I Am a Cat" by Soseki Natsume for more witty feline perspective with a Japanese flavor, while children looking for fun feline adventures should check out "The Grand Escape" by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor.
