I bought this only because it was about hockey. Had my doubts when I saw a punctuation error in a back-cover blurb.
Delighted to find it was a great book. Think: Deirdre Martin with a lot more more hockey and a lot less romance. Good 'happily ever after' ending, wrapped up well. Plot moves well.
Good characters who are not cardboard stereotypes. You may like this book if:
you know a lot about hockey and can tolerate a little romance;
you know a medium amount about hockey and can stand to learn more (that's me);
or you like minimal romance and a good sports story.

You probably will not like it if you don't know anything about hockey.
Sadly, you will have to find your own copy... I'm keeping this one.
