Another great story with Joe Pickett and Nate Romanowski, my favorite character! Nate is unpredictable,an amazing falconer and a fascinating character whereas best friend Joe is a Game Warden, devoted family man and a little boring but lovable.
The story takes place in the Red Desert of South Wyoming where Nate was on a mission to infiltrate a terrorist cell and Joe was sent by the Governor to find out what was going on.
Joe and Nate come across each other and end up saving each others lives.
C.J. Box's series gets better and better with each book and I always look forward to the next one. It's like getting a box of candy.
