I first saw this book advertised on the Oprah show last year and bought it off Amazon. Not a bad read but most of the stories basically said the same thing with no real blueprint on any specifics on how to get to the next step.

I suppose, after further consideration, that it wasn't supposed to give you a blueprint but more like encouragement if the "next step" is what you're thinking about for your own life. So if you're in the market to be encouraged by others' stories, this is the book for you.
