Liz decision to reach out to her sister eventually finds her taking care of Harper's troubled son, Nick--the nephew Liz has never met, and leaving her own life behind in order to move into the estate in Stone Point. What appears to be a temporary taks turns into something much more complicated and confusing when Liz finds herself falling in love with David Fields, a handsome amateur astronomer with a difficult secret in his past.
