H.P. Lovecraft was a master of the dark fantasy - horror genre that is still a popular form of fiction (cf. all those many, many vampire stories and movies). These stories are a selection of his classic tales from the 1920s and 1930s, resurrected by August Derleth and Donald Wandrei for their Lovecraft collection, "The Dunwich Horror and Others", that they published in 1963. This Lancer First Edition was published in 1967.
