This was a quick read about a famous country singer (Jillie) in need of protection from the man (Sebastian) she blogged about as being "The One." Unfortunately, he's wanted by a terrorist organization that used him for experiments that left him without emotion. Jillie agrees to act as bait in an attempt to catch the terrorists trying to catch her. I'm usually pretty good at not questioning romances too closely, but this one didn't always add up. It is part of a series, so perhaps more would be made clear if I read the other books. We never learn who the bad guys are, why Jillie hides Sebastian from his boss when he is injured, and why her character seems to change. At one point Sebastian comments on how outgoing, talkative, and full of energy Jille is. Later he appreciates how she is not one of those women who talks all the time. I liked it while reading it, but it won't be going on the "keeper" shelf.
