When Dante Moran was 19 years old, his fiancée Amy was kidnapped and murdered by a serial rapist. After leaving the FBI to work for the Dundee Agency, a powerful P.I. firm, he learns about a missing 16-year-old girl who apparently ran away from home.

Leslie Anne Westbrook's grandfather is extremely powerful and he wants her found immediately. When Dante sees a photo of Leslie Anne, he is stunnedshe is the spiting image of Amy.

Dante finds and rescues Leslie Anne just in time. He learns that someone had sent her anonymous notes informing her that her biological father was a monster who raped and tortured her mother. But what really happened 17 years ago, and does it affect Dante and Leslie Anne?
