This is basically one long commercial for the author's products.
It is just another twist on the now common-place and common-sense advice to eat close to the source: Eat whole grains, fruits, meats, vegetables (as organic as possible, unrefined, as little processed as possible). Eat some fermented foods (kefir, fermented vegetables, etc.) There is a bunch of nice recipes in the back.
Nothing new for someone who's been around for more than 30 years. The extensive list of recommended companies and websites in the back prominently contains the author's different companies (and if you do some clicking you will see that other companies are also linked in some way to the author).
