I have had this on my TBR pile for a little while. I find that with short stories or novellas, it is usually hit or miss. I was pleasantly surprised! I liked all 3 stories.

Turn up the Heat by Sherrilyn Kenyon was great. It is a part of her B.A.D. series. I have only read her Dark Hunter series - but I liked this one and will look into getting the other stories in the B.A.D. series. It flowed great and for a novella, you got a decent story. It wet my appetite!

Hunter's Oath by Jaid Black was my first experience with this author and it won't be the last. I liked her Viking theme with the underground secret world and am looking forward to reading some of her other stuff.

The Warlord wants forever by Kresley Cole was a prequel to her first book of her Immortals After dark series and it was a good story. I read her first book A Hunger Like No Other a while ago and have #s 2&3 on my TBR pile (they have been there for a long time). I find that with her stories, I like them for the most part as I am reading, but I never really get jazzed about reading more of them. I read this one because it was a part of this collective.

Overall, I liked all three stories and would recommend this book.
