A shifting maze of intrigue and complexity in which nothing is as it seems. Brilliantly plotted with outstanding characterizations...masterfully crafted.

From the Author
I had such fun writing A Passionate Performance, which was a finalist for the Virginia Romance Writers' Holt Medallion. Stories where things are not as they appear really spark my imagination. In this book, a lordly master of illusion learns that there's more than one kind of magic. Lord Linton is as cunning as he is handsome, but when he hires an impoverished Regency miss to masquerade as his mistress in order to help him catch his father's killer, even he cannot envision the extraordinary performance that awaits.
A little magic and a lot of sparks catch Linton and the feisty Sarah unawares, and I'm hoping they'll do the same for you!
